If I join the mobile app does that mean I am a part of the Private Membership?

No. Anyone can join the mobile app. You will have limited access on the app. If you would like full access to the mobile app and all private member benefits, please JOIN THE PRIVATE MEMBER GROUP and pay the $5 monthly fee.
Where can I find information in the App?

Please watch this video. You must be a Private Member to have full access to the Mobile App. More information to come.
Can I watch videos on the SKIN DEEP Website?

As a Paid Private Member, there are several ways to watch SKIN DEEP videos. On the website: Left corner tab click "Private Member Page: then "Private Member Videos" Log In to the Private Group: On the Right corner tab: "DIY Private Videos" If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please watch this video. You must be a Private Member for full access to all videos.
Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at anytime by going to your Profile > Subscriptions > More Details > ... > Cancel subscription. Or send us a message and we will cancel it for you. You will get a cancellation confirmation email.
How do I pay vendors for my product order?

All South Korean Companies use a 3rd party payment company, either Remitly or Wise. Please follow the instructions from the follow-up email you will receive from the company. You do not need to worry about paying with a 3rd party payment company. If you use my discount code, I will reach out on your behalf to make sure you are satisfied with you order. 💕 GlamCosm has an option for Sezzle payments. You can pay with a credit card all at once instead of breaking it up into 4 payments Also, Get Glowing Skincare in the in US so you can pay directly with a credit card.
What happens if I have an issue with my skincare product order?

Please contact the vendor first. If they are not able to help you in a timely manner, contact us and we will follow up with the company on your behalf.
